Ordered the goods at lunchtime on Monday took delivery on Wednesday morning. I had a question for their customer services department at the time of ordering and the required telephone number was at the top of the website page, not hidden so that you don't telephone them. I ordered the tv on a Sunday afternoon and received it first thing Tuesday morning...excellent service coupled with the fact that I saved £60 on the price of this tv in another well known high street electrical retail outlet...Would definately use AJ Electronics again. After the initial hiccup with using our credit card, we ended up placing the order over the telephone. The order was placed 4.15 Wednesday afternoon and the tv was delivered Friday just after lunch. Gobsmacked or what! I have now experienced greased lightning. AJ Electronics sent me an email last night to say my item had shipped, so I told my wife to expect it to arrive by the end of the week.
