not very good ,we ordered the tv and took time off work but were unable to supply as there was a delay by asking for a utility bill to be sent to them .

I can only praise A J Electronics on their excellent service. The TV arrived very quickly and appears to be in perfect condition although I have not tried it yet.

This is the second tv we have purchased from AJ Electronics in the space of 12 months. Both orders were delivered faster than expected. The most recent order was at our home in Cumbria in less than 24hours from placing thr (internet) order.

Although the web ordering was fairly straightforward they appear to have miscommincated my address. Although it was correct on the original purchase Order, it is now incorrect on the invoice received via e-mail and presumably passed to the courier. As for City Link, their service is appalling. Also your survey asks if I have received the order in good condition, even though I have nort received the order, as detailed in the next question!!! How do I know if they will be in good condition if I haven't received them yet?

A word of warnng - never deal with this awful company. I tried to buy a TV, and came across hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. They do not answer the phones, they do not reply to (multiple) e-mails, and if by a stroke of luck you do get to speak to someone they lie to you about delivery times and stock levels.My card was debited immediately, but I have since cancelled my order - am waiting for refund. Next time, I will go to a professional outfit.

Ordered the LG WM16336FD online after phoning to find out if it was in stock. I was told that using a hotmail or gmail account could cause 'give proof of your address delays' so used a 'proper email address instead - that one was easily prevented. Ordering online went without a hitch at all. They phoned to confirm a Friday delivery on Thursday evening and machine arrived first thing Friday morning, without a hitch. Very very happy client

Purchased TV, arrived, and wouldn?t work. I have sent 7 e-mails, still no answer. No sense when you do get through on the phone, especially when you try to get through to the returns department. I would neither recommend nor use this company again.

Ordered a Samsung LE40R87BDX LCD TV. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. TV had a fault, and retailer was notified straight away. Emails were not answered, a form had to be filled in once I could get it sent, and then return courier organised. Have to phone to get anything done. Refund would be 3-4 working days. Contacted after this time, and they claim they have to test the TV, but haven't done it yet. Still waiting for a refund. Will update if and when I get it. Watch this space!

Ordered a Samsung tv and was able to speak to someone on the phone to answer delivery questions prior to ordering on line. Delivery was free and arrived within 48hrs. Tv well packaged and in excellent condition. Overall very happy and would not hesitate to use again.

Nevertheless,I was told I would get the difference refunded (£41.99) by emailing one person who would reply back saying this other person is dealing with this case. This payment is still pending............

What service, ordered 37" LCD TV on Saturday afternoon, arrived Tuesday morning! Also the cheapest around £738 including Delivery.

I have e-mailed them 3 times to ask some questions before i think of buying,but no reply.

I ordered a Sony 32" LCD TV on Monday morning. I had some troubles with my credit card being rejected on their online ordering system so I called them up and they were very helpful indeed and quickly sorted my order out. I received the TV mid afternoon the very next day. Excellent service, and the cheapest I could find.

June 06 - Ordered Samsung LCD Television LE32R74BDX very late Sunday night.Phoned Monday lunchtime to request expected delivery date and was advised goods had been despatched. Was able to track on courier website.Some credit must go to them as well.It was in Leeds delivery branch on Tuesday at 3.am.and I recieved Tuesday lunchtime. Thought delivery process was excellent. Very pleased with the television and service. Would definitely order from AJ electronics again.

Ordered a Sony LCD KDLW40 on Fri and delivered at my requested time of 8.00pm Mon! Nizar at AJ Electrical gave great service, I was the original nervous customer but my purchase could not have been smoother and I am more than happy with the price paid. The TV is out of stock elsewhere, I got the best TV for lesser models money so happy days. Would go to AJ & Nizar again instead of searching web. TV was brand new and well boxed, I even got a follow up phone call the next day! Great Peace of mind

I ordered by phone a Panasonic DMRE-H60D HDD/DVD recorder, how refreshing to be able to TALK to a sensible person who actually KNOWS what he is talking about! The best part was that, at my request, shipping of the item was delayed by 3 days, so that I could be at home to receive it on the ONLY day that I was able to be. Upon arrival, the item was found to be very neatly wrapped, and inside, a pleasant letter of thanks from AJs for buying from them! All told, 1st class & well done AJ. None better
