I wouldn't order anything from this company again. I ordered a Canon EOS300D after my wife checked by phone that they had stock. She checked again AFTER I had placed my order on the net and was assured that the order had been accepted and they had stock. The next day (after they had debited my credit card) they rang to tell me that they didn't in fact have stock (presumably hoping I would just wait until they did have stock rather than cancel the order). This meant we had lost a day and reduced our chances of finding another store with stock. I don't blame them for being out of stock of this camera, but I do expect to be told the truth - especially when we had been told twice, before and after we ordered, that they could fulfil the order.

I ordered a Panasonic digicam from AJ and requested delivery to my work address. The company were most unhelpful as this did not fit in with the way they like to work. 4 days after paying for the item with no goods dispached and very unhelpful unconstructive staff I cancelled the order and got it from a local supplier, same price, next day without any fuss. I won't go to AJ again

I was very impressed by this vendor. I placed an internet order for a canon mv650i on a saturday afternoon. Received back an email reply to say the order was being progressed and that the camera would be delivered in 3 working days. Tuesday morning the camera arrived. Thats one day early.

I've ordered a Canon MV600 camcorder from AJ on Wed 26 Nov 2003. It was delivered 3 working days later on Mon 1 Dec 2003, in excellent condition at my address in Athens, Greece. The staff on the phone was very helpful when I asked to track my order, gave me the courier Ref No so I could track it. Overall very pleased!

Excellent! I chose AJElectronics as they were the cheapest and rang to ensure they had the Canon 300D in stock - they took the order over the phone and the camera turned up a couple of days later exactly when they said it would. Excellent product - exactly what I wanted!

I am a bit late in getting around to this review, but i hope it will be helpful for anyone considering buying from ajelectronics. My dad and I ordered a Panasonic camcorder two saturdays ago on their site, which was straightforward, the site was easy to navigate, and reassuring in the way that you knew exactly what you were buying. From buying on this site, we made a saving of around £150 on store price. We also ordered a 5-pack of Sony Mini DV tapes. On ordering, the site promised delivery in three working days. Well, it arrived on the Tuesday - one full working day after. No one was in at the time, so the camcorder was presumably delivered back to the nearest depo in Hamilton. My mother contacted the depo, and the woman in charge personally delivered the camera and tapes on her way home - very nice of her. The camera and tapes arrived in great condition, and it was the right product. I would be happy to shop on their site again, and had no bad experiences with them. A letter of confirmation was sent shortly after confirming the delivery/purchase. I am very happy with my camcorder, and with their service.

I oredered my Sony DCR-TVR 145 Camcorder on the 19/11/03 I Immediately received confirmation of my order and was told to expect delivery in 3-4 days. The very next day my product was delivered, attached to the box was a compliments slip with all the contact details and a name to contact this personalised a very inpersonal way of shopping. This was my first experience of AJ Electronics I will definately be a loyal customer, I must admit AJ Electronics were the cheapest online for this product which was my initial reason for shopping with them however I now have nothing but praise for the customer service they provide a truly outstanding service rarely experienced in todays market.

i brought a panasonic nv-gs10 at 19:10 on a tuesday and receved it at 08:30 on the thursday, to me that is very good, and they were the cheapest and with no deilvery charge.
