i have shopped a number of times at additions direct with no problem, my latest order was out of stock, i was only informed of this 3 weeks after i placed the order

delivery is fast and efficient.when offer of free delivery is used but the item is not suitable they charge for postage unless you contact customer service.

A terrible experience. It has taken 2½ mths for Argos to tell me that they cannot supply what I ordered. Within this time it had supposedly been despatched, and was on the way, it was left to me to chase the order, getting a reply of 'wait a further 7 days and we will look into it for you' 3 or 4 times in a 6 week period.

I had problems with the discount code not being applied on line but following an email with customer services it was all sorted.

First time I have used the service - very happy with it.

the site is easy to follow, and ordering is straight forward. Products arrived ontime and in good condition. A refund was required on two items and was received promptly.

I feel that the my shopping experience was great! However, i chose to return a few items and was told that it could take around 3 weeks in order for me to receive a refund. I have never used online shopping before and do not no if this is usual, but i do feel that it is a bit too long. The good point though is that i sent an email enquiring about returns and received a very quick response. I would definitely use Additions Direct again.
