I ordered a pair of All Black Converse trainers but Cloggs sent me a black and white pair by mistake. I was going to return them, but it turned out that my son wanted that exact style and so bought the wrong pair from me, so in the end it wasn't a problem. Other than that, no complaints at all.

I had no problems whats so ever with Cloggs.co.uk, the whole deal was very easy and quick. The only thing was the delivery, on the tracker it said delivery should be on a certain day but the item arrived a day late. This wasn't a problem though.

It was pain free. Delivery was free and quick and I was able to track the delivery on-line. Excellent service.

I bought two pairs of boots. One of them was immediately sent and arrived soon afterwards in perfect conditions. The other pair wasn't in stock and so I had to wait for some days until it was sent to me, although it also arrived in perfect conditions. It wouldn't have been a problem at all if I hadn't been in a hurry to get them, but in the end they arrived in time all the same. I am fully satisfied with my shopping experience with Cloggs.

My boots were marked,scratched and the box was in a right mess where it had been stood on ,more then once i could tell. It was 2 weeks late for delivery,i am aware that was due to parcelforce though. they kept saying they had delivered my boots but hadnt,then they arrived with no explaination as to what had happened to them for that amount of time, but now i have my boots and i have ignored the scratches because i dont want to send them back and risk them getting lost again, i am happy with my purchase.

my purchase included vat whereas safety footwear does not include this tax.The price on the box stated £44.99 therefore please credit my account for the difference of £9.96 as I was charged £54.95.I also sent my receipt back when I exchanged for a larger size boot,but never received a new one,please post me the receipt so I can claim my money back from the company.Regards
