The only "let down" is the length of the delivery time, which is probably outside of the retailer's control.Never the less seven days seems excessive for the journey from Hull to York.

tv i purchased arrived on thursday 9th april looks lovely hanging on the wall but still tues 14th april does not work and has not worked since it arrived i asked to get a new one but was told i had to have an engineer out to asses the tv first i dont wont a repair done to a brand new tv if id purchased from a shop i would have taken it back straight away and got a new one because this is all done over the phone ive got to wait till saturady 18th april another all day wasted appointment for someone to come and repair a tv we have yet to enjoy yours faithfully very dissapointed..

Quick, easy to use and simple to follow instructions to complete the transaction. Goods were delivered ahead of expectations with no fuss. A delighted customer.

Good service, although had a problem with using my credit card online. Item left on my doorstep as they didn't use a sign for postal service (or was this Royal Mail's fault?) Would definately use again.

I found shopping at Laskys extremely satisfactory. The delivery time was more than excellent. Would have no hesitation in shopping with them again and also highly recommend them to others.

I was told it would arrive at 12.00pm I phoned when it did not arrive and was told it would be 4.00pm. At 5.15 I phoned and was told it would arrive in 30 min. It finally arrived at 6.00pm. Two long phone calls on 0870 numbers is not acceptable. I should have been kept up to date with the relevant delivery information. When the lorry arrived I was told I was the last delivery of the day (Number 28) so there was no way it was ever going to be delivered by 12.00pm Consequently I wasted a whole day waiting in when I could have taken my grandsons out in the afternoon as I had promised. Very poor communications. This is not rocket science!!!

Excellent would recommend to anyone. I had no problem whatsoever. Product arrived on time and was unloaded by very obliging delivery driver.

Straight forward ordering system,but tracking rubbish/just kept saying delivered or dispatched. Several days passed before it arrived

Everything went smoothly through from making the order to delivery of the goods. No negative points. I would happily use Laskys again if they have the product I want at the right price.

Very disappointed with purchase - courier refused to deliver machine to my door (I live up a few flights of stairs) although I had notified Laskys of the access difficulties and was told it was not a problem. The product was unboxed (prior to delivery rather than the couriers taking away the box) and delivered without an instruction booklet/guarantee etc card.

After product constantly being out of stock and not getting any in stock e mails as requested. I saw them in stock so ordered one and paid on line. They rang me to say they were out of stock and could not tell me when they would be in again. Even after 6 hours they were still showing as in stock. Although not happy about me banking with them I asked for my order to be filled. I had an e-mail from customer services saying my order would be dispatched within 10 working days. The next day I get one saying my money had been refunded. I e-mailed customer services over a week ago to find out what was going on but have had no reply.

I needed to add info about my delivery to my workplace and the link on the e-mail wouldn't work, neither would the e-mail address when apsted into my e-mail account. Everything else was excellent.
