some orders take longer than expected to arrive but over all they arrive within 48 hours

Generally the service is quick. Only problem is you don't always have stock in all sizes, especially when its one of your bargains! I've had some really good buys from you and will definitely use MW again. Hope this helps Regards Ann

I have been very pleased with Marshall Ward goods and delivery

Goods arrived on time in good condition, duvet cover colour did not match pillow cases. Phoned for replacement, phone answered quickly customer service advisor polite (without going 'over the top'), she arranged return and replacement. Returned next day, replacement arrived in two days (still not matching, but closer), have accepted replacement. Very satisfied with service.

I ordered 2 silver ps2's as Christmas gifts but when they arrived there was two black ones instead. When I rang to complain I was told that they do not stock the silver ones and that they decided to send black ones instead. They did not consult me if I actually wanted the black ones instead, AND I had paid for the silver ones. Their site still states that they are silver. Poor customer follow up if they don't have what you want. They decide. Misleading information. Shop with them again -NEVER.

Ordered online a top in 2 sizes as I find sizes differ dramatically when ordering from catalogues. The item I needed was for a Xmas party. As it said online that both items were in stock - I paid extra for quick delivery only to find when the parcel arrived, it now stated that the size I would normally buy was now sold out. So how come it said available when ordering? I am yet to follow this up with Marshall Ward but found the whole experience a dissappointing waste of time and money as it didn't produce what was promised.

although i had to return the item there was no returns form in the parcel and i had to phone to ask for one and this took nearly a week to arrive

The only problem I have had with this order is that I ordered it from a magazine with special prices, and every garment has arrived with a much higher price on it, and I have had to phone every time to get the price reduced adding to the cost of the garment because of the phone calls. It would be appreciated if the correct prices are applied to the correct codes

very impressed with quick order. would have prefered item to have been packaged rather than simply had adress label stuck on the box as when i opned i accidently cut through the instructions. I am still waiting for my loyalty points from www.mutualpoints.com to be added

I found it easy to order on line. I needed to chage the delivery address becuase I was going to be out when the products were due to be delivered, which they did with ease. Delivery was when the company estimated. On the whole a good purchasing experience.
