i was happy with service that i got except for onr thing;i was charged £10 per pair of jeans but on the returns i was only being paid £9 to return them. i have not recieved a statement from my cardholder yet to see if all monies have been refunded

the everall service was excellent. the only down side is that the free gift didnot arrive with the order. Also when you input a promotional code at the end of the order it does not tell you what the promotion is.

Some of the product was damaged on arrival, but not enough to return it [i.e. two plastic drawers had a crack on the bottom]
Product was not charged at the advertised price in the catalogue it was purchased from. I.E. no discount applied [paid £44.00 incl delivery, but products advertised at £33.00 delivery of around £4.00]

I REALLY ENJOYED SHOPPING AT MARSHALL WARD. THERE IS A WIDE VARIETY OF CHOICES TO BE MADE AND THE SERVICE IS SUPERB. DELIVERY IS FAST AND RETURNS CAN BE A BIT MORE ORGANISED, BIT OF PROBLEM RETURNING GOODS BUT GOT THERE IN THE END. VERY GOOD SERVICE AND CATALOUGE WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE CUSTOMER SERVICES.

I Ordered an Electric blanket which is coming on Monday so sorry I cant fill in all the survey other items I have ordered have always been on time or a note to say its sold out so yes I definately will be using the service again especially online I think its great

I have found that shopping with Marshall Ward to be good in respect of delivery times ie:they do come very quickly if goods are in stock. However, I do not think that the service for collecting goods is quite as good, as I requested a courier to collect an item 3 times,and as they did not come to collect the item, I then had to send it back via the Post Office.

As I am disab;ed I do most off my shopping online. I find Marshall Ward to be a great way off finding what I want.
All is there at my finger tips. I also fine the prices great and not over the top as most mailorder dealers. I will continue to shop with them.

As an inducement to place another order with your firm, I was offered a £5 discount, no postal charges and a watch and bracelet(no conditions seemed to apply)I responded and ordered that day, by internet.
The cardigan took longer than expected to arrive,and with no watch set. I waited a week and then checked my account on the net. I had been charged the postage and also hadn't received the £5 discount and no mention was made of the watch set. I phoned your company and explained about the overcharging. I was told that I needed to speak to a specialist handler. I was put on hold for a very long time and then cut off. I rang back and this time was put through and spoke to a nice person who said she would sort it all out and the watch set would arrive shortly.
This week I again checked my account and found that there was still and outstanding balance of £8.50. I assume that my credit card had been refunded the £5 and the £3.50 postage,but this left my account in debit.
I again rang and was finally put through to a specialist.
I explained the problem but she said that my account was clear when in fact it was clearly in debit, on the net. I then mentioned the watch set and she said that they were no longer available. When I said that seemed very unfair she got rather 'shirty' and said that all catalogue things were subject to availability, 'This will be on the leaflet'
she said. I then explained that, nowhere on the leaflet did it say this and that I had ordered the first day and then been promised it on the phone a good while later. Rather reluctantly she offered to send an alternative gift but as yet I have failed to receive this either, but then it's not been as long a wait.

Diabolical telephone 'customer services' and not much better when you e-mail them with queries. I ended up paying for goods I hadn't had just to get them off my back as I tried unsucessfully for several weeks to explain to them that part of my order was actually missing. A nightmare experiance which I won't be repeating in a hurry !!

I ordered these slippers on line and was told i would recieve them by the 14th of December, this was ok as it was a christmas gift, I did not recieve the slippers and when i telephoned marshall ward i was told that the item was sent but as i did not recieve them i would be able to order something else as the slippers were now out of stock, as this was my first item and order i was dissapointed.
