No problems. All Ok. Goods came before expected

Thye had what I wanted, at a competitive price, and delivered promptly.

Wrong modules and no answer to my enquiries about refunds or returns. Very disappointing - from a previously happy customer.

Goods turned up with faulty toner cartridge. Poor and inaccurate information given on help line. Incorrect telephone number given out. Unhelpful attitude. After many years of using this firm at work - will now source elsewhere

I have made two separate purchases of the same item (One for me and one for a friend)and on both occasions the process from ordering to receiving was simple and straight forward. On both occasions the three day delivery was chosen and the items arrived within a dy and a half. It was nice to have things happen so smoothly as I recently purchased a Laptop from PC world on-line and had nothing but problems which ended with my wife in tears and the situation still not resolved four weeks and twenty pounds in telephone calls later. I would definately order from Misco again in the future and have since recommended it to friends.

Finding exactly what one wants is somewhat laborious as Misco stock so many products, the website is open and on line at weekends and orders taken but nothing is dispatched until the working week, sometimes it would be useful to order at the weekend and get it delivered on Monday.

The delivery was prompt and left nothing to be desired. However, the box was recieved slightly damaged. The CD was untarnished and worked properly so the box condition was of little note.

It was good enough. The real test comes when things go wrong,a nd luckily that didn't happen.

I had ordered the wrong product and so I needed to cancel this order. I found this easy and uncomplicated and my dealings with the staff were friendly and noticeably unfrustrating. In the end I got the product elsewhere but I would cettainly use them again.

Some real problems with Misco's refusal to accept unverified PayPal transaction (thought I was verified) - when it was clear that PayPal were happy to progress my payment. Very confusing situation arose, whereby I didn't know if I had paid or not.

The item failed almost immediately. It was returned to MISCO with a covering note and the receipt. Service or replacement was denied as I had not contactd them prior to retruning the item, according to some very small print in MISCO T&Cs. These T&C's are not sent with the purchase, but must be viewed on line. . . .

No Problems at all.

Website was easy enough to navigate and use. Prices were reasonable and delivery came before expected. However the items packaging was in a poor condition and had been cello taped back together in multiple places and was not shrink wrapped. To make matters worse, the item also did not work. Upon contacting their technical support team via the contact form on their website I received a one line reply telling me to contact the manufacturer for warranty and support and would not allow me to return the item without a fault confirmation. Linksys were extremely helpful and ran through tests with me to ensure the was indeed faulty - which is was - and gave me a reference number. I sent Misco customer services the details and it took them almost a week to reply. When they did reply they made no attempt to give me the option of a replacement and when I asked about one they told me to get in touch with their sales team. Overall a poor service after initially being quite impressed.

I found Misco quick, reliable and no hastle. Well done.

Very good, the items arrived next day and although one was faulty it was replaced the day after the fault was reported.
