I ordered item on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday morning. I was surprised that it was sent out so promptly. Item was very well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. The customer service from this company is excellent with contact maintained one week and 30 days after purchase to ensure customer is satisfied with their order. I will certainly shop here again and highly recommend to all.

this is the first time i have shopped on line and it couldn't have been easier,within 2 days i had the shower that i wanted.

Excellent service! Excellent updating in delivery e.g. when it was dispatched, delivered, whoc signed for it etc.

Home delivery with internet purchases continues to be a problem. More exact information about delivery day and time is required. One cannot stay at home all day only to find that "Next Day" delivery does not mean that. The on-line tracking provided by Business Post is not good enough, other couriers are much better.

Cheap products but good quality and good service. We have another bathroom to replace in the near future and are definitely considering shopping here again.

We had no problem with Plumbworld at all, BUT Fragile Distribution who were the delivery company did not do a great job in letting us know when the goods would arrive - in fact I was on the phone to them (for the second time) trying to establish a date and time for delivery when a knock at the door turned out to be the goods themselves. Good thing I was at home, but more by luck than good management.

Straightforward and happened to stock an item I couldn't seem to find elsewhere, so top marks.

Added an extra item to my order, which was charged for twice in error, but on sending an email, a refund was immediately dealt with and showed on my card within 3 days. Would recommend Plumbworld's service, staff and the goods - which were of high quality at very reasonable prices. Would definitely order from them again.

I have found any queries, delays etc I have been well informed, I live in Scotland and have not received the goods yet, but have now arranged with the transport company to receive delivery after my holidays.

Excellent overall. I have experienced the returns procedure thorugh another purchase and it was very easy.

I have forwarded an email previously to receiving this email outlining the exceptional service from the onset to delivery of the items. I would endorse family, freinds and colleagues to use Plumbworld.

Overall quite acceptable but I would like to have a phone number to contact - emailing, whilst quite speedy, is not really acceptable if queries arise over expensive items. This is especially relevant when your highly aggressive and supplier orientated returns policy is taken into consideration!

The postage and packing charge was excessive, on enquiring was told that it included administration costs, feel this should be made clear at time of purchase.

A prime example of how shopping on the internet should be. The web-site was clear and easy to use. Exceptionally good communication at all stages to let me know the progress of my order, and a prompt efficient delivery. The sort of web-page that makes internet shopping a real pleasure.

Very competitve prices. Good website. Very impressed that I was sent follow up emails after my item was delivered. My only criticism, as I've found with most companies, lies with the delivery company they use. The two people I spoke to regarding changing my delivery date weren't particularly polite or helpful and on the day of delivery I could have done with a phone call from the driver at least 30 mins before they were due to turn up. I would recommend Plumworld to others.

I received my product in time stated and in excellent condition, although I ordered the wrong product and didn't realise until it was fitted, but this was of no fault to the merchant. Would you company again.

I needed a complete shower unit quickly as had a plumber waiting to fit the bathroom. I placed an order and emailed your customer service team asking for a quick turnaround - they said they would try to release the order from your warehouse the same day (this was a Wednesday). I received an email that evening stating the shower was with the delivery company. I received the Shower on Tuesday morning. FANTASTIC!!! service and excellent customer service - thank you!!
