The product was lost in the postal system, but quickly replaced, after contact with customer services,and arrived two days latter,pleased with product and service,as they obliged and orderd another item immediatly.

Very quick and prompt delivery

Good product, fair price. Took quite a long time between ordering and delivery, but was informed of expected delivery date and it arrived as stipulated.

Information on the web-site stated that delivery would occur within 15 to 20 days. In fact delivery took 27 days. I was advised that the item had been despatched and would be delivered on a certain day. It did not turn up because of failures of the delivery firm. When the items *were* delivered, a screw pack and instruction sheet were missing - and later I found that a piece of essential timber was missing. These shortcomings necessitated me having to make two separate trips to the supplying firms head office to collect the missing items. I am not impressed.

Saw what I wanted, order it, arrived ! Not much more to say................

The product came from Austria and the delays were incurred there. Possibly inform people that there may be delays especialy during the summer holiday season.

This was an easy experience with no unexpected delays or problems.

Website is easy to use and got a quick email response when I made my purchase. The Questions section on each item is quite useful and the link to the manufacturers brochure is a nice touch. In the end the shed actually arrived much quicker than predicted which was a pleasant surprise.

Web site easy to navigate, Taylors let down by very long delivery times (longer than advertised on Taylors site).

Excellent. ordered the product on the sunday afternoon, received the order confirmation the next day (monday) and the goods arrived on the thursday morning. Neither the product nor the packaging was damaged in any way and the instructions included were easy to follow. I was very happy with the service and the children were extremely happy with their birthday present!

Very good, although I was somewhat disappointed in the quality of the product, I wouldn't buy another.

The service was good, but the self-build-instructions provided with the goods was less than satisfacory. Some of the detail was very ambiguous.

Customer care was excellent. Supply problems caused a two week delay but I was contacted via email as soon as they were aware of this. Actually received a duplicate order from the suppliers, but this was rectified by the supplier with minimum of hassle.
