Review: Well I am using Dell Laptop and can say that it is a good laptop with all the features required for a normal lap top. You can trust as it is a dell product. You can get good customer support but only for hardware , not for software for the first one...

Dell...the worst customer service

Pros: There is really nothing positive to say about this unit. Absolutely nothing stands out.
Cons: Dell customer service is the worst on the planet. Trust me, I know.
The Bottom Line: Do not buy a Dell under any circumstances. They have the worst customer service I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

I finally understand why everyone likes Dell

Pros: A great computer for the price and very sturdy.
Cons: A bit heavier than most laptops.
The Bottom Line: This is a great computer for the price and has all of the extras to make it easy to do just about anything with it.
This reviewer recommends this product.
