Heat from the top and bottom elements provides traditional cooking for the professional cook. Ideal for baking bread and cakes.This oven has chrome grid runners and anti-tip shelves, i.e. when you pull out a tray it will stop in the chosen position. This is convenient when you want to add an ingredient or turn the food during cooking, because you have both hands free. It is also a safety factor, as you do not risk pulling out a hot tray too far and possibly burning yourself.
