Pros: Very affordable, nice simple design, comfortable, Block outside noise nicely, Great sound.
Cons: hearing your breathing i think its minuscule probabaly not good if your a runner.
The Bottom Line: Just get them and you will see they are great and comfortable and portable all in one little affordable package
