Horrible connection speed about the same as 56K

Pros: None, OK.... Easy to install the junk
Cons: speed, techsupport, etc. What else matters

Review: Tech support never, in 4 days, answered the phone. No response to emails. Terrible product. Speed improves dramatically when I bypass the garbage router and direct connect to cable modem.

Pros: It looks sharp and sophisticated, and when it works well, it's great to have.
Cons: Setup/software are too complicated, doesn't work all the time, technical support is an abomination.
The Bottom Line: The product and the company are far too difficult to deal with. Get something else.
