Pros: fabulous pictures with stills and footage.
Cons: Battery life so buy addition batteries if your on location.
Review: I bought this this camera for it's easy to use features, simple view and select scenes to play or delete. It has an anti drop or bump feature which for me took the worry out of loosing footage or damaging the hard drive.Additional optional extras...

Cons: poor software support by Canon/Corel (Sony no better), sound quality has too much background hum
