Amazing little camera

I bought the Canon Ixus 85 camera 6 months ago and have not had any problem with it so far, and I have used to a lot.
I have taken this camera practically around the world with me (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Holland to name a few...) For a point and shoot camera the quality is just amazing and the time taken from pressing the shutter to the picture being taken is incredibly quick. The only problem is the 3x optical zoom can sometimes not be enough.
The battery life is just as impressive, I did not have to recharge the battery once during a two week road trip, and I used the camera everyday, and recorded a lot of video as well.
The video is also very high quality, I was very impressed with the clarity of the movies captured on this camera. I am a guitar player and often record my playing, and this camera even captured the sound quite well, but it could be better, but for a point and shoot camera I can't complain.
Overall it is a great camera, which can be found at a great price (just over £100.00 for me) and is highly recommended.
