Great little camera

I received this camera, the FujiFilm FinePix J10 Digital Camera, as a gift to replace another brand that I had soaked while kayaking. I have had this camera over six months and am still quite satisfied with it. I have carried this with me while kayaking and geocaching and it hasn't disappointed me.
The rechargeable battery seems to provide all the power that I need. I have shot 50-60 pictures, come home, downloaded the pictures, and thrown the camera back into my geocaching bag. I may pull it out a month later - having never recharged the battery - and it's ready to go. Even when I am warned about a low battery, I have still been able to take pictures.
The controls are easy to operate and are quite instinctive. It doesn't take a lot of guess work to figure out how to use the camera. I have also been impressed with the way the zoom works.
I didn't buy a case for the camera but have used a small, drawstring bag. It works just fine to keep out dust and keep the lens from being scratched.
