The Garmin nuvi 300 Car GPS Receiver is relatively inexpensive, portable, and simple to use.
We had wanted a GPS for the car, especially after friends kept talking them up. We bought this one, liked it, had a problem at first, did not have it secured on dash, it slipped, the screen was fine, but the navigation turned on to have us get off at wrong exit. Knowing the correct exit number, I shut it off, and what do you know, it had saved our location and went right back to where it was before slipping.
Overall, the nuvi 300 is definitely worth its cost!
