Honeywell dual fan
Date of Review: Jun 6, 2008
The Bottom Line: This is about the best functioning fan that we've owned and I would recommend it to all who like to keep their A/C usage reduced.
I bought one of these 3 years ago because of its unique design. Now I have 5 of these in my home because they are most functional fans that we have. Because they have dual fans, they produce more air movement. One can be pointed high and the other pointed low. When temperature here in Texas is cool enough, I also lay them sideways in the windows to cool the house with fresh air. They are also quieter than most of our other fans. And they have stood up well over these few years. So the construction quality is high.
There are 3 wind volume setting levels for each of the two fans. The handle on top and the low weight of the fan make it easy to move around.
Only negative thing that I could say about the fan is that, though the fans will each rotate up and down, they will neither one rotate side to side. If they were capable of that, then I could center one fan in the room and turn one on myself and one on my wife. But, even without that functionality, it is one of the best fans that we've had.
