Cons:
Be Wary of System Crashes and Unresponsive Touch Screen (Freezing up)
The Bottom Line:
I love my Palm T/X and have used it for over 3 years. It does evertything but wash dishes and tuck me in at night.

I have been using my Palm T/X for over 3 years and love it a lot. I must tell you that I have experienced frequent crashes and screen freezes. I hate when the screen freezes and won't respond to the stylus and I have to reboot. I don't know if it is because I have a few 3rd party applications installations (ALL APPROVED BY PALM), or what. I must say that it is vital that you back up all applications on the palm frequently. For Example there is not just one general backup for all applications. Contacts, Memos, Tasks etc, ALL NEED TO BE BACKED UP INDEPENDENTLY OF EACH OTHER. In all the years of using my Palm T/X I never knew that until I recently contacted customer support. I was lucky to find a senior U.S.tech support person who helped me greatly. Typically most companies nowadays switch us over to the Philippines, or India or South America. For the most part these individuals are marginally trained and are more like talking to robotic speaking computers who are trained to provide the most basic information which they read out of a tech manual. Shame on US companies who outsourced everything but our wives having our children. (Sorry to get off track). The Palm T/X is wonderful for the most part aside from the freezing screen and all too often crashes.
