I must say for an inexpensive webcam you will get more than your moneys worth. This product practically installs itself and logitech has an excellent customer support service should you ever need them. I personally own this product and have found it to be easy to use in video conferencing. This product comes with software to help you make videos as well as take still pictures with the webcan. It also has a built in microphone so you don't have to install a separate one for voice capabilities although you can. While this may not be the highest quality product on the market, if you just need a webcam to video conference with then this would be a great deal. I use mine quite regularly and have no complaints at all. Logitech is a trusted brand and stands behind their products with an excellent warranty program. I can see nothing negative about this product.
