Pros: Great price, three licenses, better user interface, SmartArt for designing graphics.

Cons: Everything has been moved, making it difficult to use right out of the box.

The Bottom Line: Microsoft Office 2008 has a steep learning curve, but overall it's a great product with an excellent price.
