Best camera for good pictures.

Review: This camera has the look and feel of a DSLR. With the small Image sensor of 1/2.5q CCD, your not going to get the picture quality of a DSLR, but for the money the pictures are outstanding. I'm no pro, so for family party's and vacations this camera...

The DMC-FZ28 Is About As Good As a Compact Camera Gets

The Bottom Line: Small and light enough to carry everywhere, flexibility and image quality that bridges the compact-DSLR gap, with RAW format and slightly better image quality to distinguish it from the competition.

Great camera for the price

The Bottom Line: Go get one, why?, because it takes great pictures, is very flexable and battery life is NOT an issue.Did I mention it takes great pictures ?

The Bottom Line: This is probably the most camera you can get without getting a full blown DSLR. Highly recommended.
Review: I got back into photography after a 10-12 year hiatus. I started with a point-and-shoot Kodak, but it was obvious that that wasn't going to cut it. I needed something that was easy and quick to use, but had a good assortment of manual controls.
